Maria Prince

Maria Prince is a highly accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership in Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Diversity, Sustainability, and Supply Chain Management. She has held key roles at global corporations such as Walmart, PepsiCo, Sysco Foods, and LBrands. As the Global Procurement ESG and Supply Chain Risk Leader at DuPont, Maria drives critical initiatives in supplier diversity, sustainability, and global supply chain risk management.

She holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. Recognized as a Top 25 Diversity Change Leader by Diversity Plus magazine, Maria serves on the Tuck Business School Diversity Board at Dartmouth College and the Global Diversity Advisory Council for the World Trade Center of Philadelphia. She was also named to the 2024 50 Women to Watch for Board Service list.

Maria is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and Procurement 50 Leaders. She Co-Chairs the Women’s Chemical Industry Group. A respected speaker on ESG, supply chain risk, sustainability, DE&I, and Supplier Diversity, she is sought after for her insights on leadership and strategic business transformation.
