Monette Knapik

Executive Director, Supplier Diversity, CVS Health Enterprise

Monette Knapik is Executive Director for the CVS Health Enterprise Supplier Diversity program. She has been with the company for over 20 years and helps serve the communities CVS Health serves. Monette is responsible for leading the four Supplier Diversity Strategic Pillars, which are comprised of Supplier Education & Development, Communication & Program Branding, Community & Industry Relationship Building and Performance & Process Management.

Monette has led key internal programs supporting Supplier Diversity, including the Executive Learning Series with Roger Williams University and the Business Development Program Series with several HBCUs. She also encouraged the creation of the Construction Business Building Event to cultivate relationships between CVS Health General Contractors and diverse subcontractors to ensure diversity goes beyond the first tier of the supply chain. In addition, Monette was instrumental in the induction of CVS Health into the Billion Dollar Roundtable in 2017. 

A true believer in the impact of Supplier Diversity, Monette shares her learnings with others through mentorship of supplier diversity professionals as well as colleagues within CVS Health. She is also involved in various advocacy counsels, board member and co-lead of the Billion Dollar Roundtable Triad.  Bringing corporations, suppliers and capital firms together in the spirit of growth.

In her free time, Monette enjoys hosting gatherings with her loved ones, including an annual outdoor tournament and lots of indoor and outdoor cooking.
